Like the mirror blocks cube the Diamond is a shape-shifting puzzle and the idea is to scramble the puzzle and return it to it's original diamond shape. The fact that the stickers are all silver adds to the confusion as you get no clues about how to solve the puzzle from different coloured sides.

Adjusting:

The puzzle does not require any adjustment as the manufacturer's default tension is fine.
