| Delivery Policy |

We try to deal with all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. We undertake to post all orders within two working days of payment.
We post out our orders on five days each week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday). If it is a bank holiday Monday we will post out on the Tuesday.
UK orders are sent via Second Class post. The Royal Mail aims to deliver second class mail within 2 to 3 days after posting, though we cannot guarantee this.
UK customers can also choose to opt for Special Delivery. This has a full tracking facilty, and we will email you the tracking number as soon as we have it. Delivery is guaranteed by 1pm on the next working day (Monday to Friday) following postage. Please note that items posted on a Friday by Special Delivery are guaranteed to be delivered on Monday (the next working day) - not Saturday. Although many packages will be delivered on the Saturday, this is not guaranteed.
Non-UK orders are sent by Royal Mail “Small Packets” Airmail. Royal Mail undertake to complete delivery within 6 to 10 business days after posting, though we cannot guarantee this. All packages receive free postal insurance up to the value of £39.00.
Non-UK customers can also opt to choose for "International Signed For" Airmail delivery. The package is tracked up to the point that it leaves the UK. A signature is required before the package can be delivered (this does not have to be the name on the package, for example a family member can sign for the package). Royal Mail undertake to complete delivery within 6 to 10 business days after posting, though we cannot guarantee this. All packages receive free postal insurance up to the value of £39.00.
Some non-UK customers can also opt to choose for "Airsure" Airmail delivery. The package is tracked up to the point that it is delivered. Royal Mail undertake to complete delivery within 6 to 10 business days after posting, though we cannot guarantee this. All packages receive free postal insurance up to the value of £39.00. The countries that have the option to choose Airsure delivery are:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malaysia, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the USA
